XCO warrants to the original purchaser that your DASH-branded device and accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If such a defect arises and a return authorization request is received by XCO within the applicable 1 year Warranty Period, XCO will either: 1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or 2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, or neglect. 

Canadian and US Customers

1. To begin the process, email support@xco.io with your full name, contact details, and a description of the problem.

2. Return the item to us with your claim number.

To return your product for Warranty inspection, mail your product with claim number to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
